Enjoy ultimate convenience! Our community features a market right on the main level of Spoke, plus Jewel-Osco is less than a mile away and easily accessible by bus with everything you need nearby.
Before you arrive, we ensure your apartment is fully prepared and move-in ready. Our team completes a comprehensive maintenance inspection, takes care of any necessary repairs, paints the entire apartment, and completes a thorough cleaning. To guarantee the highest quality standards, each home also undergoes a final walkthrough so everything is perfect when you step through the door.
Yes. We have a professional and dedicated maintenance team available during regular office hours. For added peace of mind, we also offer 24-hour emergency service for urgent situations.
Residents can submit work orders 24/7 through the Resident Portal or Resident Experience App, or visit the leasing office during business hours to speak with onsite staff and submit a request in person. For emergency maintenance, please call the emergency maintenance number and follow the prompts to reach the on-call maintenance team.
If you ever find yourself locked out, we're here to help! If the issue is due to a lock malfunction, simply call our 24/7 front desk, and a maintenance technician will come promptly to repair it. If you've lost your key, please call/stop by the front desk which is open 24/7, and we'll gladly assist you and provide a replacement key for a small fee.
Our apartment homes come fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances, including: Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Washer & Dryer in select units. Everything you need for a modern, comfortable living experience is ready for you!
Water, sewer, trash, internet, and gas are bundled into one convenient flat monthly rate, separate from rent. Each home sets up its own electric account and is billed directly based on usage. For details on flat-rate bundles (which vary by floor plan), contact our leasing office we're happy to help!
Yes. Spoke is conveniently located near public transportation, with the CTA Blue Line (Chicago Avenue station) directly across the street, multiple nearby CTA bus stops, and Divvy bike stations close by.
