Sip on Craft Spirits at the Whiskey Festival on November 5th

So it’s the perfect space for the annual Whiskey Festival, held every November. It’s coming up again this year on Saturday, November 5th from 2 to 5 p.m. So grab your coziest sweater and jacket and head up to the rooftop for some fun.

True to its name, the Whiskey Festival brings spirits from near and far to this swanky River North lounge. Bourbons, Scotches, and other types of whiskey are poured all afternoon long. Enjoy as many nips of the bold brown liquor as you can handle while you warm up fire-side and soak in the panoramic view of Chicago’s skyline that surrounds you. Grab some delicious noshes from the kitchen to complement your whiskey. General admission tickets are $30 and include unlimited tastings from 2 to 5 p.m. However, if you’re interested in learning a little more about the libations, you may want to spring for a VIP ticket ($50). Not only does it get you into the event an hour early, but you’ll also get some face time with the distillers who actually craft the artisan spirits being poured
