Rose Mary Is a New Addition to Fulton Market District’s Dining Scene

Rustic, authentic, and beautifully refined— all words that come to mind when you visit new restaurant Rose Mary in the Fulton Market district. Rose Mary is the labor of love from Chef Joe Flamm, winner of TV’s Top Chef. Chef Flamm relies on his Italian heritage and deep love of Croatian cuisine to create the menu and atmosphere at Rose Mary. The dining space is warm and relaxed, and modeled after a Croatian taverns called konobos. 

 
But just as you’re settling in for a homey meal, exquisite dishes emerge from the kitchen. Standouts include the squid ink risotto topped with lobster brodo, duck breast lacquered in shiny plum glaze, and homestyle pasta dishes like cacio e pepe, rigatoni and peas, and gnocchi with beef cheek.
